Missing a deadline is not the end of the world, remember to stay vigilant by setting reminders on your calendar. Grant writing is not just about getting funds, its about maintaining relationships with your grantor, don't get into the habit of being late on your reports.

It is important to stay true to your mission while being strategic and knowledgeable about your funding options. Grants are great, but many are reimbursable, so we bridge the gap with donations, earned income, and even our for-profit arm when needed. At the end of the day, our focus is clear: who we serve, the problems we’re solving, and the impact.
