Although her professional education, and career in Youth Development for 30 years, has been filled with highlights, she is most proud of being able to help the homeless teen population during the coronavirus pandemic through her non-profit organization, Excellence & Ambition Inc; dedicated to hiring and supporting youth age 14-21 in the areas of entrepreneurship, and workforce development. She is also a programmatic and grant writing consultant for youth-based community organizations
